What We Do
We are specialists in the field of advertising, Web design and visual communications and provide
both temporary and permanent placement. We recruit from a talent pool of qualified digital artists
and evaluate each portfolio and comprehensive design style to ensure the very best fit for
your hiring needs.

Temporary Service
We pay Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Social Security and FICA. Employees who work full-time
for a period of three months are eligible for group membership in our health insurance plan. We
provide temporary service for companies who have projects ranging from in-house production to art
direction. We carefully screen and test our temporary staff before sending them on an assignment.
These talented people are employees of Graphics On Call and represent our company. Should you
decide to hire a temporary employee on a permanent basis, our standard placement fee will apply.

Direct Hire Placement
We provide direct hire placement in all areas of employment. Graphics On Call has a database full of
qualified candidates. We will search for the right individual to fill your employment opportunity.
Our standard placement fee will apply.

Our Process
Through our proprietary Internet-enabled database, we can search for and find the right candidate
in hours. So whether you want a temporary employee for a week or a direct hire position filled,
we are waiting on-call to help.

Our People

Darcy Chatoian, President
With over 15 years of professional experience in graphic design and a Bachelor of Fine
Arts Degree from California State University, Long Beach, Darcy Chatoian has placed
many talented artists in the graphic design industry. She began her training as a
paste-up artist and was the first of many to take her skills to the computer, landing a job
working for the Walt Disney Company. She has freelanced in various assignments,
including work for Chiat-Day and Nestle. Her love of art and placing talented individuals
has grown into a small and profitable business. She began her mission with a desire to help others, and has turned that into Graphics On Call.


Patricia Westergard, Office Manager
Patricia Westergard diligently administrates payroll and assists in the day
to day operations of our account staff. She brings over 20 years of
combined experience in bookkeeping, Office Management and Administrative
Support and is a valuable member of the Graphics On Call team. Patricia has
worked as a bookkeeper for Dun & Bradstreet and H&R Block. She ensures all
paychecks and bills are properly sent on time - all the time.
